What began as a home-based operation during the pandemic has since grown into a multi-location brand with presence across Indonesia, Singapore, and China, serving a diverse and loyal customer base.

Ryokudo focuses on refining the fundamentals. From its signature flavoured rice — enhanced with shoyu, nori, and proprietary seasoning — to carefully curated ingredients and house-developed sauces, every element is designed to deliver depth, balance, and consistency in every bowl.

Positioned between fast-casual convenience and restaurant-quality dining, Ryokudo operates on a semi-fast service model that prioritizes both speed and experience. Its bar-style seating and streamlined operations are designed to maximize efficiency while maintaining a strong brand identity.
